What data is collected
The contact form asks for four fields: name, email, subject, and message. Alongside them, the submission carries three technical details described below: date and time, the page language, and the version of this policy. This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.
What the data is used for
Solely to answer your request — talks, mentoring, workshops, advisory, press, or partnerships. The data is not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing, and does not feed any mailing list.
How the message is delivered
When you submit the form, the content is sent by email to the configured contact address, using Resend as the delivery service — which processes the message in transit and is the data processor for that step. This site keeps no database of its own: we store no copy of your message. From this site we cannot state what retention or backups the delivery service keeps.
Record of consent
Since there is no database, proof of your consent is recorded in the email itself: it carries the date and time of submission, the language the form was displayed in, and the version of this policy in force at that moment.
If you use the WhatsApp button
The WhatsApp button only opens the app with a message already written — you are the one who sends it, and the conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy. This site neither mediates nor stores that content.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may record technical data about the request — such as IP address, date, and time — for security and abuse prevention. That logging belongs to the provider, not to this site: the form neither collects nor transmits your IP. None of it is used for profiling.
How long the data is kept
The message stays in the email inbox for as long as it is needed to handle your request and keep a record of the relationship. Deletion can be requested at any time.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, you may at any time request confirmation, access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw the consent given in the form.
